These Terms form a binding agreement between you and KYVRO ("KYVRO", "we", "us"). By creating an account, streaming, viewing, purchasing gems, or otherwise using KYVRO, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users aged 13–17 ("Teens") may only use KYVRO with verifiable parental or legal-guardian consent and with the built-in parental controls enabled. Teens may not become paid creators, receive gifts, withdraw earnings, or appear in live audio/video streams without an approving adult account linked.
You are responsible for all activity under your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for promptly notifying us at security@kyvro.app of any unauthorized access. One person, one account. Account sharing, resale, or automated access (bots, scrapers) is prohibited.
KYVRO is not a substitute for parental supervision. Parents and legal guardians of Teen users are solely responsible for: (i) reviewing and approving their child's account; (ii) configuring parental controls (content filters, spending limits, screen time, DM restrictions); (iii) monitoring purchases and interactions; and (iv) ensuring their child does not share personally identifying information on streams or chat.
Adults who allow a minor to use their own adult account, or who knowingly enable a minor to bypass age controls, accept full responsibility for that minor's activity, purchases, and any resulting harm. We may suspend any account we reasonably believe is being used to circumvent age protections.
To request information, content removal, or account deletion for a minor in your care, contact guardians@kyvro.app. We respond within 7 days.
You retain ownership of content you post. You grant KYVRO a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, transcode, transmit, and display that content solely to operate, promote, and improve the service.
The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal, suspension, loss of earnings, and where required, reporting to law enforcement:
We may remove content, restrict features, or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice depending on severity.
Creator monetization (gifts, subscriptions, paid requests, payouts) is a privilege, not a right. To monetize you must: (i) be 18+ and complete identity verification; (ii) agree to the Creator Monetization Addendum surfaced in your wallet; (iii) maintain a positive policy standing for 30 consecutive days; and (iv) comply with applicable tax and consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction.
Revenue share. Creators earn a net share of gross gem value sent as gifts, after deduction of: app-store fees (where applicable, typically up to 30%), payment processing fees, currency conversion, refunds, fraud chargebacks, and the KYVRO platform fee disclosed in your wallet at the time of earning. The exact split shown in your wallet is authoritative.
Payouts. Earnings are paid in arrears once your verified balance reaches the minimum threshold (currently USD 50). Payouts are issued via the providers listed in your wallet, typically within 7–14 business days after request. We may delay or withhold payouts pending fraud review, chargeback resolution, tax documentation, sanctions screening, or court order.
Prohibited monetization. You may not solicit off-platform payments to bypass platform fees, run pyramid or matrix schemes, sell access to prohibited content, or use gifts to launder funds. Doing so forfeits the affected earnings and may result in permanent termination.
Taxes. You are responsible for declaring and paying any taxes due on your earnings. KYVRO may withhold amounts and file information returns (e.g. 1099, DAC7) where required by law.
Gems are a non-refundable virtual currency used inside KYVRO. Gems have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, cannot be redeemed for cash by viewers, and expire if your account is closed or terminated for cause.
All purchases are processed by Apple App Store, Google Play, or our web payment processor. Refund eligibility is governed by the store's own policy and applicable consumer-protection law (including the EU/UK statutory right of withdrawal, which you waive once a gem balance is delivered and consumed). Suspected fraudulent purchases, chargebacks, or stolen-card use will reverse the corresponding gem balance and any gifts paid out from it.
Spending limits, purchase confirmations, and Teen restrictions can be configured in Settings → Wallet → Controls.
We use a combination of automated detection, human review, and community reporting to enforce these Terms. Report violations in-app via the "•••" menu on any stream, reel, or profile, or by email to trust@kyvro.app. Reports concerning child safety go to childsafety@kyvro.app and are escalated immediately.
Enforcement actions may include warnings, content removal, demonetization, feature limits, temporary suspension, or permanent termination. We may preserve and disclose account data to law enforcement where legally required or where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to prevent imminent harm.
KYVRO respects intellectual-property rights and responds to valid notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act and equivalent laws elsewhere. Send notices and counter-notices to dmca@kyvro.app. Repeat infringers will be terminated.
You may close your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete. We may suspend or terminate your account, withhold pending earnings, and refuse future service if you breach these Terms, create legal or safety risk for KYVRO or its users, or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (license, monetization clawbacks, indemnity, disclaimers, limitation of liability, dispute resolution) will survive.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KYVRO'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID KYVRO IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD 100. KYVRO IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
You agree to indemnify and hold KYVRO, its affiliates, officers, and employees harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your content, your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your violation of any third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS in Wilmington, Delaware, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for IP misuse. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action. Mandatory local consumer-protection rights remain unaffected.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of KYVRO after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
